Mr. Warner graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law and was admitted to the West Virginia Bar in 1965. While at the College of Law, Mr. Warner was a member of the Student Board of Editors for the West Virginia Law Review and was an Associate Editor of the West Virginia Law Review. He joined the firm in 1965 and has since become a member of the American Bar Association, West Virginia State Bar Association, Harrison County Bar Association, Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia, Defense Research Institute, and the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is a past President of the Harrison County Bar Association and has been inducted as a Fellow to the West Virginia Bar Foundation. Mr. Warner has been given an “AV”rating, the highest rating given to attorneys, by Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Harris received his J.D. degree from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1969 and was admitted to the West Virginia Bar that same year. While at the College of Law, Mr. Harris was a member of Phi Delta Phi and the Student Board of Editors for the West Virginia Law Review. He is now a member of the American Bar Association, West Virginia State Bar Association, and Harrison County Bar Association. Mr. Harris is also a past President of the Harrison County Bar Association.

Mr. Turner graduated Phi Beta Kappa from West Virginia University with an A.B. degree in 1974 and then received his J.D. degree from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1977. While at the College of Law, Mr. Turner was the Managing Editor of the West Virginia Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Since joining the firm in 1977, he has been a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the American Bar Association, the West Virginia Bar Association, the Harrison County Bar Association, and the West Virginia Oil and Gas Association. Mr. Turner is also a member and former co-chairperson of the Probate Law Committee of the West Virginia State Bar and has served as a Fiduciary Commissioner for Harrison County since 1999.

Mrs. Bell graduated cum laude from Fairmont State University in 2001. She went on to graduate Order of the Barristers from West Virginia University College of Law in 2004 and was admitted to the West Virginia Bar that same year. While at the College of Law, Mrs. Bell was a winner of the West Virginia Invitational Trial Competition, was active in the Lugar Trial Association, was a member of the Travel Trial Competition Team, and was a member of the Public Interest Advocates. Since joining the firm in 2005, she has become a member of the American Bar Association, West Virginia State Bar Association, Harrison County Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, and Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia. In 2010, Mrs. Bell was admitted to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania. Mrs. Bell was selected by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in 2012.

She went on to graduate from West Virginia University College of Law in 2007 and was admitted to the West Virginia Bar and admitted to practice in the Southern District of West Virginia in October, 2007. While attending the College of Law, Mrs. Cecil was awarded the Order of the Coif. She is a past law clerk for the Honorable Judge Thomas A. Bedell, of the 15th Judicial Circuit of West Virginia. Since joining the firm in 2008, Mrs. Cecil has become a member of the American Bar Association, the West Virginia Bar Association, and the Harrison County Bar Association.

Mr. Davisson then received his Juris Doctor Degree from West Virginia University’s College of Law in 2010 and was admitted to the West Virginia State Bar that same year. While attending the College of Law, he was selected as a member of the school’s National Moot Court Team and was also awarded the Order of the Barristers. Mr. Davisson was a past law clerk for the Honorable James A. Matish of the 15th Circuit of West Virginia and is currently a member of the Harrison Country Bar, West Virginia State Bar, and the American Bar Association.

He went on to graduate Order of the Barristers from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2011 and was admitted to the West Virginia Bar that same year. While at the College of Law, Mr. Prince served as the President of the Marlyn E. Lugar Trial Association and was a member of the National Mock Trial Team. Mr. Prince is a past law clerk for the Honorable Thomas H. Keadle of the 26th Judicial Circuit of West Virginia and summer law clerk for the Honorable Margaret Workman of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. Since joining the law firm in 2011, Mr. Prince has joined the American Bar Association, West Virginia Bar Association and Harrison County Bar Association.
